    SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. -- David Wood, an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Cal Poly the last seven months, has been elevated to the head strength and conditioning coaching position.   • Callero Completes Staff; Adds Omar Lowery as Assistant Coach
